Job Description

Sales Job Responsibilities :
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Telecaller Job Responsibilities(Female) :
  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
  • Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Lead generation Responsibilities :The Lead Generator’s responsibilities and duties are outlined in the key areas below.
Sales  
  • To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote the centre and its products. 
  • To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided. 
  • To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors. 
  • To convert the calls to new business leads.
People / Team 
  • To foster good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams.  To proactively support their manager by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate. 
  • To refer to senior team members for advice and support. 
  • To attend all staff meetings and training sessions as and when required
