Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Telecaller to promote Para-Medical courses under the Skill India program. The role involves connecting with students, job seekers, and parents to generate interest, counsel them on career opportunities in healthcare, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Telecalling:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided lead databases or inquiry lists.

Follow up on leads generated through advertisements, walk-ins, social media campaigns, or referrals.

Cold call potential leads to introduce available para-medical courses and understand their interest areas.

Manage daily call targets and lead follow-up activities.
2. Course Counseling:
-
Clearly explain the benefits, course structure, fees, eligibility criteria, duration, and career prospects of various para-medical programs (e.g., Medical Lab Technician, X-Ray Technician, Emergency Care, etc.).

Address queries related to course content, certification, job placement, and academic support.

Guide students on course selection based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.

Offer personalized counseling to help undecided students choose the right program.
3. Admissions Support:

Assist in the entire enrollment process including documentation, registration, fee payment, and orientation scheduling.

Maintain accurate records of all communications with leads and enrolled students.

Coordinate with the admissions or back-office team to ensure smooth onboarding and student experience.

Provide reminders for deadlines (e.g., application dates, document submission, fee payments).
4. Database Management & Reporting:

Update lead status and interaction details in CRM tools or spreadsheets regularly.

Track and report daily calls, leads converted, follow-ups made, and admissions completed.

Work with the marketing and sales teams to align on lead campaigns, feedback, and performance analysis.
5. Customer Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents/guardians.

Provide pre-admission and post-admission support as needed.

Encourage word-of-mouth referrals by delivering helpful, polite, and efficient service.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Confident and persuasive with good listening and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations, data entry, and MS Office or CRM systems.
