Job Description
Welcoming the customer on-board and creating a Member Profile.
Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right 'customer centric' experience and delivering quality service.
Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up.
Selling Membership over the phone
Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages
Providing the right customer experience
- Only day shift
- Relationship Manager
- Attractive Incentives
- Fixed Salary / Decent pay scale
- On role employment

Education and Experience
NOTE : MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS OR 1 YEAR SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Any degree / Any graduation can apply
+2 plus with diploma holder can apply
No freshers
Graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 1 year experience in direct interfacing with the Customer.
Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage.
Languages - Tamil , Hindi , Telugu , Malayalam known are preferred
