Purpose :
Infusing best talent in Sales function at Philips India and providing fuure talent for Sales Leadership roles.
Job Description :
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Visiting potential customers for new business
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
- Providing customers with quotations
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
Structure : 6 months training program based on performance will be considered as a full time employee.
Compensation at the start of program :
Sign-on bonus : INR 45000
Stipend : INR 40000 per month
Confirmation at the end of 6 months :
Compensation : 5.5 LPA
Confirmation bonus : INR 45000
