Job Description
- We are looking for sales officers for our developing our consolidation business on PAN India basis.
- The person should be responsible for researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and initiate sales process and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The goal is to gradually increase corporate and institutional customers base and revenue.
- Main Competency we are looking for as mentioned below:
- Skill set-
- Communication: English/ Hindi/ Other Regional language
- Sales: Presentation, Negotiation, Convincing, Inter Personal behavior, Confidence.
- Education: Any Graduates can apply. Technical Graduates are also eligible to apply
- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- Reaching out to new corporate accounts / Institutions and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services and convince corporate/ companies/ institutions to tie with us.
- Preparing itineraries for corporates for MICE or other group movements.
- Interacting with clients and making the itinerary accordingly
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
- Responsible for creating sales revenue from new and existing customers and maximizing revenue generation within a specific key region.
- Maintaining and retaining corporate accounts and developing the relationship with them.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs and creating quotations based on requirements.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
- Reach the revenue and profit targets.
- Provide support to social media efforts.
- Daily report and plan for the next day.
