Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and merchants.
• Explain company products and digital payment solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.

• Update customer details in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
