Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn & Develop: Actively participate in sales training modules, including product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM software, and market analysis.

  • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, qualifying potential clients, and preparing sales materials to drive pipeline growth.

  • Customer Engagement: Shadow experienced sales reps on client calls and meetings, gradually taking on supervised customer interactions to build confidence and skills.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM to ensure effective tracking and reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A recent graduate or individual with limited experience, possessing a strong desire to build a career in sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eagerness to learn.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office; any prior CRM exposure is a plus.
