Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1.Provides entry-level experience in the sales field, focusing on learning sales techniques, building customer relationships, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets.
2.Responsibility combines administrative support for executives with the opportunity to learn and grow in sales. The individual will assist with daily tasks, manage calendars, handle communications, and also participate in sales activities like lead generation, data analysis, and sales reporting.
3.Sales Support - Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
4.Sales Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements to optimize sales performance.
Desired Profile of the candidate
1.Must be any graduate or MBA in marketing with minimum 6 months to 1 years of sales trainee experience with understanding of sales process, building customer relationship, sales support & sales reporting.
2.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM software (a plus).
