Job Description

Designation: Sales Trainee

DESCRIPTION: Do visit customers regularly in your assigned region. Increase customer base monthly by adding new customers. Do spindle health or spindle inspection at customer end if required by customer. Achieve the monthly target assigned for your region. Prepare monthly KRA and submit it on weekly basis. Prepare sales forecast and submit on 1st day of every month. Prepare PPT for monthly & Quarterly review meetings and present it. Follow up on pending payment customers and send reports on a weekly basis. Send quotations, and follow up for POs with customers. Prepare sales to visit reports and submit them on weekly basis Attend customer complaints along with our technicians.

SKILLS REQD: Should have a good attitude, good level of communication, and strong negotiation skills. Should be able to crack new customers and get business.

Technically strong and should be able to provide solutions for customer problems.

GENERAL: Willing to travel extensively in assigned regions. Should be hardworking.

Salary Range(In Rupees): 12000-22000
