Roles and Responsibilities
- Effectively perform inbound calls to target prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team to build pipelines and close deals.
- Knowledge of GDS-Amadeus, Galileo, and Worldspan is plus
- Amending and Cancelling Flights, Processing Refunds, Repricing, Making New Reservations.
- Handling Calls and Online Queries.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Travel sales experience will be an add-on.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Should be passionate about Travel Sales.
- Meeting Monthly Performance Metrics.
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
