Brief Job Description: 1. Client Management: • Handle client inquiries, ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently. • Provide accurate travel information, including ticket prices, schedules, and booking options. • Resolve customer issues related to ticketing and travel plans promptly. • Maintain positive client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and addressing feedback. • Keep track of client preferences and provide personalized recommendations.2. Field Sales and Client Meetings: • Meet with travel agencies and corporate clients to promote ticketing services. • Present Bluejay Travels’ offerings through engaging presentations and product demonstrations. • Build and maintain relationships with local travel agencies and business partners. • Collect feedback from field visits and report insights to the management team. • Actively participate in marketing campaigns and events to increase brand visibility. 3. B2B and B2C Client Handling: • Manage both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients effectively. • Develop strategies to engage with corporate clients, agencies, and individual travelers. • Maintain a database of B2B and B2C contacts for regular follow-ups and relationship management. • Promote travel deals, packages, and offers to both client segments. • Address the specific needs of corporate clients and ensure service satisfaction. 4. Sales and Promotion: • Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. • Promote Bluejay Travels’ ticketing services through various marketing channels. • Maintain high conversion rates by effectively communicating the value of our services. • Implement promotional strategies to increase ticket sales and customer engagement. • Track marketing and sales activities and provide feedback to the sales team. 5. Reporting and Coordination: • Record all booking transactions, client interactions, and follow-up activities. • Report daily sales performance and client feedback to the team leader. • Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth ticketing processes. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and analysis. • Assist in coordinating promotional events and activities.
