Job Description
- Operation and mail work for travel company.
- Confirmation mails, driver details to customer, hotel confirmations, invoice generations, maintain excel for payments to pay and receive.
- Researching and providing clients with options for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on their preferences and budget.
- Creating and booking travel packages for clients.
- Providing advice on travel regulations and requirements for visas and passports.
- Helping clients navigate through the booking process, including making reservations and issuing tickets.
- Communicating with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Staying current on industry news and trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients.
