Plan and book domestic & international air tickets, hotel accommodations, tour packages, railway tickets, visas, and transportation services.

Suggest destinations, travel routes, and accommodation options based on customer preferences.

Provide accurate travel information including weather conditions, travel advisories, and visa requirements.

Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online portals for reservations and ticketing (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or B2B platforms).

Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally and efficiently.

Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and cost breakdowns for individuals and groups.

Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers to get the best offers for clients.

Stay updated with industry trends, new destinations, and promotional offers.

Handle client inquiries, complaints, or emergencies before, during, and after travel.
