Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed travel itineraries that cater to the interests and preferences of solo travelers.
- Coordinate all aspects of the trips, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences.
- Ensure smooth execution of planned trips, handling any issues that arise and ensuring travelers have a positive experience.
- Manage travel groups, facilitating introductions and interactions among group members, and ensuring everyone s needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.
- Conduct research to identify new travel trends, destinations, and activities that can be incorporated into future travel packages.
- Gather feedback from travelers to continually improve and refine travel packages and services.
Effective Communication, Travel Itinerary Making, Travel Management, Consulting, Sales
Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and sales skills

Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations, visa processes, and travel insurance

Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and hotel/flight booking engines
-
Customer-first mindset with excellent communication (verbal & written)

Ability to create personalized travel solutions for varied budgets and client types
-
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities under pressure

Time management and multitasking skills
