Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on customer acquisition (minimum of Rs. 2.5 Lakhs and above investable surplus)
2. Manage private wealth, portfolio advisory, and AIF fund related queries
3. Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies for the private wealth business in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization
4. Establish standardized and efficient sales processes to ensure quality control and efficient customer service delivery
5. Achieve a balance of revenue streams through the sale of advisory, portfolio, management service & AIF which will build a steady annuity flow
6. Drive strong client servicing and client engagement parameters to enhance market credibility and deliver the superior value proposition
7. Ensure continuous learning to be better equipped than our competitors
8. Observe, evaluate and monitor the client positions, portfolio allocations closely and ensure that they fall within risk and advisory parameters as laid down by risk, compliance, and research teams
9. Ensure adherence to internal and external financial advisory guidelines and risk policies and ensure standards are in place to minimize mis-selling instances
10. Scan the competition/market continuously and report on emerging trends or any new development or business opportunities for wealth management (WM)
11. Work on revenue generation
