Job Profile:

Secondary research skills
Next levels to basic skills in MS excel. Preferable advanced excel skills.
Very good written & verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Database management with quality standards skills.
Preferable knowledge on CRM applications like Salesforce and Marketing tools like ExactTarget/Pardot/Marketo.
Work scheduling skills. Good project management and time management skills.
Role will involve working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and will be responsible for fulfilling the database requirements and also involve profiling, reporting and providing additional insight into the data asset.
Ability to handle calls with senior management (UK) when required and liaise the schedule of the work to be done and prioritize the work schedule.
Well organized with the ability to manage a number of often conflicting priorities.
Communicating to clients on the progress of campaigns and managing the client relationship in a professional manner.

Person Specification :

Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to manage UK stakeholders
Strong working knowledge in MS-Excel and MS-Word and ability to use shortcuts. Basic knowledge on Salesforce CRM.
Obsession for quality.
Should have an eye for detail
Should lead by example
