Job Description
- Should guide customers and sell the products.
- Responsible for all stores functions.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the store, offering assistance in a welcoming way.

Identify customer needs through active listening and ask probing questions to provide the best product recommendations.

Demonstrate knowledge of the store’s products and services, providing customers with information about features, benefits, and pricing.

Close sales by guiding customers through their purchasing decisions, including offering upsells or cross-sells when appropriate.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all customer queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally, ensuring that customers leave satisfied with the resolution.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising

Stay informed about new products, sales promotions, and store policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Maintain product displays and ensure they are visually appealing, organized, and stocked.

Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, ensuring that popular items are adequately stocked, and updating inventory records.

Promote in-store specials, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage customers to make purchases and return to the store.

Assist in setting up and organizing product displays to attract customers and encourage sales.
Store Operations & Cash Handling

Process customer transactions at the point of sale (POS), including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and issuing receipts.

Ensure that all sales are accurately recorded in the POS system and that any promotional discounts or offers are applied correctly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by following company procedures for cleanliness and health safety standards.

Monitor store security and report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the Store Manager.

Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and preparing for store audits or stocktaking.
Sales Targets & Reporting

Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, as well as contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.

Track individual sales performance and strive to meet or exceed set goals, both in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback to the Store Manager about customer preferences, product performance, and store operations.

Participate in daily or weekly sales meetings to discuss sales targets, new products, and store performance.
Teamwork & Collaboration

Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations, including restocking, assisting customers, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Provide assistance to other sales staff when needed, including helping with training new employees or taking on additional duties during peak hours.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of morale and enthusiasm, ensuring that all team members contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
