Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented, and tech-savvy Salesman to join our retail team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Greet and approach customers as they enter the store.

Provide detailed information on various mobile phones, features, plans, and offers.

Answer customer questions about products, prices, warranties, exchange policies, and after-sales services.
2. Product Demonstration:

Show customers how different devices work, highlighting features such as camera quality, display, battery life, performance, and design.

Explain differences between brands and models (e.g., iPhone vs. Android, Samsung vs. Xiaomi, etc.).

Assist customers in comparing mobile phones, accessories, and service plans to help them make informed choices.
3. Sales and Upselling:

Recommend products based on customer preferences, usage, and budget.

Upsell accessories such as screen guards, cases, chargers, headphones, and smartwatches.

Promote value-added services such as extended warranties, insurance, or protection plans.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store management.
4. Billing and Payment Assistance:

5. Inventory and Merchandising:

Report stock shortages, popular models, and fast-moving items to the store manager.

Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
6. Customer Support and After-Sales:
