Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Salesman to join our sales team. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services directly to customers. You will engage with prospects, present our offerings, negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This role involves fieldwork or store-based sales depending on the company’s operations and requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-first attitude. The Salesman will act as the company’s frontline representative, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:

Identify potential customers and approach them proactively.

3. Market and Product Knowledge:

Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services.

Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences.

Attend training sessions and product briefings to enhance sales effectiveness.
4. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

Prepare sales reports and submit them to the sales manager regularly.

Use CRM or other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
5. Territory Management:

Manage assigned sales territories efficiently, planning visits and optimizing routes.

Ensure maximum coverage and penetration of the target market.

Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

Coordinate with other team members, marketing, and logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
