Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development:

Identify and approach potential wholesale clients such as retailers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and plumbing supply stores.

Conduct regular field visits to explore new markets and customer segments within assigned territories.

Build a strong network of buyers and influencers in the construction, interiors, and real estate sectors.

Sales and Product Promotion:

Present and explain the features, benefits, and specifications of the full range of sanitary products and bathroom accessories.

Demonstrate product usage, provide samples when required, and address any technical or design-related queries.

Promote new product launches, promotional schemes, and seasonal discounts to increase order volumes.

Order Management:

Receive and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in quantities, product types, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
-
Follow up on pending or back-ordered items and update clients on delivery timelines.

Customer Relationship Management:
-
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
-
Provide after-sales support including handling complaints, product returns, or warranty-related concerns.

Stay connected with key accounts through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.

Identify slow-moving products and create strategies to boost their sales.

Contribute to the overall sales strategy by providing market intelligence and customer feedback.

Market Research and Reporting:

Keep up-to-date with competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports including client visits, inquiries, orders received, and target progress.

Suggest changes in pricing, product range, or sales tactics based on field experience.

Display and Merchandising:

Help clients with product display setup, especially in showrooms or retail outlets.

Ensure that promotional materials, catalogs, price lists, and product samples are available and properly utilized.

Assist dealers in improving in-store visibility of key products and brands.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with the warehouse, delivery, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and payment collection.

Attend product training sessions and sales meetings regularly.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide insights into customer needs and assist in campaign planning.
