Timing :9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Salesman to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and close sales deals effectively. The candidate will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, preparing sales agreements, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
A. Lead Generation & Customer Understanding

Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.

Understand customer requirements, preferences, and pain points to offer suitable solutions.

Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients for follow-ups.
B. Sales Execution & Deal Closure

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.

Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Close sales and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
C. Target Achievement & Daily Reporting

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor and track sales performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements.
D. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns professionally.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
E. Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, delivery, and operations for smooth order processing.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.
