Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction

Greet and engage with walk-in or prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand customer needs through active listening and guide them toward suitable products or services.

Provide accurate product information, pricing, warranty, and promotional offers.

Handle customer objections and queries with patience and clarity.
2. Sales Execution

Demonstrate and explain product features, use, and benefits to encourage purchases.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant items or value-added services.

Prepare sales invoices or order forms as per standard procedures.

Achieve or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Product Knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, prices, and competitor offerings.

Attend training sessions and review promotional materials as assigned.

Stay informed about stock availability and new arrivals.
4. Inventory and Display Support
-
Ensure product displays, shelves, and racks are neat, well-stocked, and correctly labeled.

Assist in restocking merchandise and conducting physical stock checks.

Report damaged, expired, or misplaced items to the supervisor.
5. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activity, and feedback.

Submit sales reports and updates as per company guidelines.

Cooperate with backend staff for billing, stock checks, and delivery coordination (if applicable).
6. Team Collaboration

Work closely with other sales associates and support team members to achieve overall store or company goals.

Participate in team meetings, briefings, or sales promotions as scheduled.
