Job Description
We are looking for a friendly salesperson to assist customers in our store. The salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the store, and ringing up purchases.
To be successful as a salesperson you must have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide detailed product information and answer queries in a friendly and professional manner.

Sales Generation: Actively promote products to increase sales. Upsell or cross-sell related items to maximize store revenue. Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, discounts, and store policies. Stay informed about new arrivals and bestsellers.

Merchandising: Assist with product display, restocking shelves, labeling, and ensuring the store layout is clean, attractive, and aligned with branding standards.

Billing & Payments: Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for billing, processing payments, and handling returns or exchanges accurately.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise. Participate in stock checks and inventory counts as required.

Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the store manager for service improvement. Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.

Store Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store, including dressing rooms, checkout area, and stockroom.
