Job Summary
Major duties of a salon manager include oversight of facility operations, ensuring that customers are satisfied, managing employees schedules and performance, as well as working to make sure the salon is profitable
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling Team to maintain the complete operation
- Providing highest level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining daily process
- Ensuring staff following SOP norms
- Handling customer complaints
- Following marketing strategy for achieving the sale target of store
- Co- ordinating with all other department
- Maintain outlet with high level hygiene
- Reducing the consumption of consumables stock by avoiding unnecessary wastages
- Report generation on daily basis on Sales details
- Maintain Log Books
- Cross checking the stocks on daily basis
Any Degree UG/PG
JOB location : Chennai
AGE: 20 years to 30 Years
Required Salon Experience will be additional value
Candidate Should be flexible in terms of timings & Location
Looking for long term employee
