Job Title: Salon Manager

Reports To: Area Manager / Owner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service at our salon. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for beauty and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the salon team, including stylists, beauticians, and front desk staff

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

Manage salon bookings, walk-ins, and client appointments efficiently

Handle inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of the salon

Monitor and meet sales and service targets

Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling

Address client concerns or complaints professionally and promptly

Stay updated with industry trends and suggest service improvements

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a supervisory role within a salon/spa

Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, hair care, and wellness services

Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities

Familiarity with salon software or booking systems is a plus

Minimum education: Graduate or Diploma in Beauty/Salon Management (preferred)
