Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations and Client Experience

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Greet clients warmly, handle inquiries, manage bookings (walk-ins, online, and phone), and resolve complaints professionally.

Ensure client satisfaction is consistently high by maintaining excellent service quality across all offerings—nails, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow services, and related treatments.

Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance to maintain a luxurious and safe atmosphere.
2. Staff Management and Scheduling
-
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a team of nail technicians, lash artists, and receptionists.

Create and manage staff schedules to ensure full coverage during business hours while respecting work-life balance.

Conduct regular staff meetings and one-on-one check-ins to promote communication, performance feedback, and staff development.

Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary.
3. Business and Sales Development

Drive retail and service sales by implementing promotional activities, up-selling/cross-selling, and loyalty programs.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for staff and help them achieve these through training and motivation.

Develop local marketing strategies and collaborate with digital teams or influencers to attract new clientele.

Monitor competitors, identify new trends in the nail and lash industry, and suggest new services or offerings.
4. Inventory and Supplies Management

Maintain accurate inventory records of products, tools, and salon supplies.

Order products, tools, and consumables in a timely manner to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and maintained according to salon and health authority standards.
5. Financial and Administrative Tasks

Handle daily cash reconciliation, invoicing, and petty cash.

Use salon software (POS and CRM systems) to track sales, appointments, client preferences, and staff productivity.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, client visits, staff performance, and expenses.

Manage budgets and cost control while meeting financial performance targets.
6. Compliance and Safety
-
Ensure the salon complies with all local health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and hygiene standards.

Keep staff informed and trained on new regulations, protocols, and proper sterilization practices.

Handle incident reports in case of customer complaints, staff issues, or workplace accidents.
