Job Overview

We are seeking a Female Salon Manager-Laser Cum Beautician to be in charge of our salon's day to day operations.

The candidate should be having hands-on experience in Beauty and Laser treatments and should be able to promote our services and products to clients.

You will assist in boosting customer satisfaction so they leave the salon content with our services. You should possess up to date knowledge related to the beauty industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Ensuring sales, generating leads & converting, booking of packages and meeting the set targets.

· Booking packages for Laser Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Skin treatment, Laser Skin tightening treatment, Microdermabrasion skin treatment, Chemical peel treatment, Skin glowing treatment, Beauty services, Skin/ Hair packages, etc.

. Supervising activities and salon operations.

. Arranging and managing the salon employees work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.

· To handle Events, Call Customers & promote our services and Generate Business.

· Stock taking, stock holding and maintaining of stock records accurately.

· Shampooing, hair cutting/ trimming/ styling/ coloring as well as massaging and treating scalps.

· Recommending skin care therapies.

· Suggesting guidelines on personal skin care regimes.

· Cross-selling beauty therapies and products.

· Making appointments and documenting treatments.

· Keeping your work station and tools clean and sterile.

· Management of work place, ensuring its cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance and keeping it up to the mark.

Desired Candidate Profile:-.

· Working knowledge of skin care therapies, Laser hair removal techniques, all beauty products and trends.

. 4 Years of work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager, Beauty Therapist or a similar role. Candidate certified by VLCC will be give preference.

. Proficient with all skin and hair treatments.

· Minimum experience of 3 years in the desired field.

· Should be responsible, flexible, cooperative and possess positive attitude.

· Strong creative skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Steady and dexterous hands.

· Should be able to work under pressure and handle all the given tasks perfectly in a professional manner.

· Should be a self starter and have ability to work independently without supervision.
