Job Description:-

Role Summary

We are looking for a mid-level SAP ABAP Consultant (3–6 years experience) who has strong ABAP fundamentals and is willing to learn and deliver on SAP Product & REACH Compliance (PRC) implementations.

The role involves technical development, customization, integration, and support of SAP systems with a strong focus on compliance, manufacturing, and IMDS integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core ABAP Development

Design, develop, and enhance ABAP objects (RICEF) including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows 
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ABAP solutions
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization

2. SAP PRC (Product Compliance) Enablement

Understand and support SAP Product & REACH Compliance (PRC) landscape and processes 
Work on:
   PRC customization and enhancements
   Integration with IMDS (International Material Data System)

3. Integration & Data Handling

Develop and support integrations using:
   IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services
Work with:
   BOM structures and material data
  Data transfer between SAP ECC/S4 and PRC module

4. Testing & Support

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution

5. Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with:
   Functional consultants
   Business stakeholders
   Manufacturing / supply chain teams
Coordinate releases, deployments, and issue resolution across teams

Required Skills

Technical

Strong ABAP programming (Core + OOP)
Experience with:
   RICEF objects
   Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits)
   Debugging & performance tuning
Exposure to SAP modules (any of):
  MM / SD / PP / FI

Functional / DomainFhana

Basic understanding or willingness to learn:
   SAP PRC / Product Compliance / REACH
   IMDS integration
   Manufacturing / automotive processes
Knowledge of BOM, material data, and production processes

Soft Skills

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Proactive learner (critical for PRC ramp-up)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science / IT / Mechanical / Production) 
4–6 years of SAP ABAP experience

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to:
   SAP S/4HANA
   SAP PRC / EHS / Compliance modules
   Automotive domain (strong advantage)
