Job Description
Designation - SAP Ariba Consultant
Key Responsibilities :
- To modify and further develop IT tools used in SCM-Ariba , to ensure that the end-to-end functional processes operate flawlessly.
- To provide support to local market, testing and 2nd level end user support.
- To provide expert technical SAP SCM-Ariba and SCM -Ariba tool support covering all SCM functions and processes, working closely with the superusers of the individual process areas and local markets.
- To initiate and execute process and system changes.
- To manage development and implementation projects.
- To oversee third party suppliers performance in change delivery and system maintenance.
- To establish change management and BAU framework for Ariba tools and processes.
- Need experience in Ariba Sourcing/Ariba Guided buying /P2O and integration with S4 MM
- Requirement gathering from customer and ability to configure system accordingly
- Should be able to analyze and resolve SAP Ariba issues
- Configuration, Prepare Testing Scenarios and Test Scripts, Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developed functionalities
- Should be able to work with client, understand pain points and deliver solutions
- The candidate should be proficient in SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay, Spend Visibility , SAP Ariba Network , SAP Ariba Procurement Content , SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management, Supplier Information and Performance Management , SAP Ariba Supplier Risk Management , SAP Ariba Financial Supply chain.
- Significant experience in application design, and in development and configuration of technology solutions to support P2P business processes.
- Designs solution specific to business process outcomes and understands how to develop and integrate a proposed solution into a customers existing business and technical environment.
Requirements:
- Must have implementation/ support experience in SAP Ariba P2P module
- Must have experience in SAP Ariba P2P, P2O, Guided Buying, Catalog
- SAP Ariba Integration knowledge including SAP Ariba CIG
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Functional knowledge of source to pay, procurement, and catalog management software package being deployed (SAP Ariba);
- Proven management and delivery skills;
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Desire to work in an information systems environment;
- Communication and collaboration skills;
- Supply chain procurement domain expertise;
- Experience with EDI/ xml integrations between S4 Hana and Ariba;
- Experience working with source suppliers;
- Experience with ariba CIG ( cloud integration framework) and integrating s4 Hana or other Erps with Ariba cig;
- Business Analyst skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical skills
