Job description
- Present data in a clear and concise manner by creating charts, graphs, and other visual aids that can be used by managers to make decisions
- Working with clients to create reports and presentations based on findings from data analysis
- Collaborate with project managers, programmers, and other team members to meet goals and deadlines
- Designing and developing new applications for existing systems or creating new systems from scratch
- Researching customer needs and trends to identify opportunities for growth within an industry or sector
- Using modeling tools such as spreadsheets to calculate financial results based on customer input
- Reviewing existing programs for possible improvements or flaws that could lead to errors in the system
- Planning and executing projects by working with clients to determine objectives and develop strategies for achieving them
- Communicate effectively with clients to discuss requirements and ensure that projects are completed on time
- Must be proficient in writing algorithms, logic building and coding using C++, Java or Python. Should have a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Must have good understanding of new technology domains AI, ML, DL, IA,RPA, Block Chain, Cloud Computing and DevOps.
- Should have good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and best Software Engineering practices. Ability to understand business requirements from customer and translate into BI, Analytics and Insights need. Basic Computer Knowledge including OSDB. Networking Skills.
- Must have good understanding of Programming techniques and Software architecture. Must have good knowledge on at least one Database and one Operating System. Should have very good communication, listening and presentation skills. Should be a self-starter and passionate to get into new areas.
- Should be flexible and adaptable. Willingness to adopt new emerging technologies. Above all, should be a team player.
Mandatory skills:
- SAP HANA Studio: Experience with XSA and XSC Modeling, database design and Data
- Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
- Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment
- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner
- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g., Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
