Compliance of SAP B1 customer service level
Customization/development (Report/Query/UDF/UDO)
Escalate issues to the relevant teams
Provide support to SAP B1 customers and resolve tickets
Shift: 1 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday

Required Candidate profile

Multi-tasking, time management, organisational skills
Previous SAP B1 and Boyum add-on experience
SQL and Crystal Reports experience
Proficient IT skills
Excellent communication skills in English
