Designation - SAP BO Developer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- SAP BO and application L1 Production Support and Operations Engineer
- Handle day to day production requirements
- L1 SAP BO reports monitoring
- Handling production data requests
- L1, L2 issues analysis and troubleshooting,
- Proactively Own the SAP BO setup and ensure environment and data availability to the business users,
- Assign production tasks, incidents and follow up for closure
- Proactively drive improvement tasks,
- Handling escalations due to data mismatch, report unavailability and environment unavailability
- User and business communication
- Status reporting
- SOP preparation
- Incident and problem management
Skills
- Resource should have good communication skills and able work with minimal support
- Should have good Knowledge on:
- Various data sources and its connectivity.
- Hands on exp in BOBJ Universe creation (Single and Multi Source)
- Complex calculations and query creation
- Should be good and hands on in BOBJ Various functionalities (Drill down, Sections, Breaks and Run time calculations)
- Should have very good in interacting with users and get requirement
- Should be good in managing team and technical deliverables.
- Should be good in decision making.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP Business Objects Suite including SAP HANA, SAP Lumira
- Experience with PL/SQL, SQL server, Oracle and Hive
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Release Management in Business Objects
- Good Understanding of administration via CMC
- Thorough understanding of complete Software Development Lifecycle
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks. Good communication and co-ordination activities.
- Knowledge of version control tools, preferably GIT
