Job Description
Bachelor’s degree and SAP experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Implementation & Configuration:
-
Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation projects including planning, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support.

Analyze and map business processes to SAP system functions and identify gaps.
-
Customize SAP modules through configuration to meet specific client requirements.
-
Integrate SAP with other systems and third-party software tools as needed.
-
Develop and maintain system documentation such as functional specifications, design documents, and test plans.
2. Requirement Gathering and Business Process Mapping:
-
Work with clients or internal stakeholders to gather and define business needs.

Conduct workshops and meetings to understand current processes and desired outcomes.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation through SAP solutions.
3. System Testing and Validation:
-
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
-
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply fixes or enhancements.
-
Document test cases, test results, and ensure solutions meet performance and reliability criteria.
4. User Training and Support:
-
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
-
Provide post-implementation support and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.

Act as a liaison between end-users and the SAP technical team for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
5. Collaboration and Project Participation:
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, manufacturing, HR, and sales to deliver business value.

Support SAP project planning and assist project managers in estimating efforts, timelines, and resource requirements.
-
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
