Urgent Opening for SAP CRM Consultant

Responsibilities

Participate in Requirements Capture & Analysis.

Contribute to Functional Skill/ Technical Skill & Business Process Definitions.

Manage Test Automation.

Manage Author Test Plans.

Oversee System Installation/ Configuration.

Handle System Tuning & Transport Management.

Oversee System Upgrade, Integration, Ticket Handling.

Oversee Incident Management & Data Migration.

Manage Security & Authorization

Stay abreast of industry standards & Domain updates.

Collaboration - Main: within the team & LC/PM, PM/ SDM, SM

People with S4/HANA experience will have added advantage

Should be aware of the standard Fiori application

Knowledge on CRM web UI configuration and development will have added advantage

Experience in Field service, Service contract, Repair orders, In-house repair process, Product proposal, Confirmations, Functional location creation and Billing

Experience in Business partners, Org management, Pricing procedure, Item categories, Standard workflow

Should have worked on Integration with SD, FI CO, PP, HR and MM modules

Should have designed and deployed custom applications

Experience in requirement gathering, solution designer, development, project planning, estimation, functional consultant role

Should have done wave and sprint planning, deployment and testing, drive scrum call, client demo

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.

Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.

Strong analytical skills.

Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with experience in SAP CRM

• Must have hands-on experience in WEB UI Concepts, GENIL / BOL Concepts and One order framework, OOABAP Concepts, Action Profiles, ABAP Reports Web services / Interface / RFC

• Should have worked on IDOCs, BDOCs and Enhancement Framework, BAPI, BADI, Enhancement Spots
