Designation - SAP EHS consultant

Job description

Deep Knowledge and understanding of SAP S4 HANA Solution,

Strong Hands on Experience with Technical and functional understanding

S4 HANA EHS business process and system architecture with PSS (Product Safety Stewardship) with Multiple lifecycle implementations Support.

Expertise in EHS sub-processes Product safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Specification database, Substance Volume Tracking,

3E/Verisk ERC and Hazardous Substance Management.

Full ownership of the support tickets in the respective process area, work with integration, other process teams, development teams,

3rd party support providers to resolve the tickets within Operational/Service Level Agreement limits.

Experience with 24x7 support covering all time zones , working with multi-cultural support teams spread across different geographies.

Should be able to work efficiently, effectively independently. Some Flexibility with Working hours.

Ability to communicate and work well in cross-functional team environment and also in offshore/onsite model.

Good Knowledge on Dangerous Goods Management module , its integration and filling process.

Hands-on Knowledge with SAP EHS Tables, related queries, some debugging skills.

Batch job monitoring and IDoc Processing/monitoring Demonstrating trouble shooting skills to identify and fix bugs in configuration / development

Knowledge in integration with other SAP modules MM/SD/TM/PM/QM.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Post Implementation Service Management, Incident or Defect Management and Testing tools.

Understanding of SOLMAN, CharM and change management processes.

Knowledge on PLM- Recipe Development is a big plus.

Skills :

Strong functional and business process knowledge across all SAP EHS areas like Product Safety, WWI, Dangerous Goods, Product compliance and risk/incident management. Strong understanding of all context e.g. regulatory framework relevant for EHS especially for NA & EU.

Knowledge/work experience on non-SAP HSE tools (any Saas tools) is an added preference. Excellent functional and technical understanding of the integration requirements for SAP EHSM with all relevant cross-applications.

Should have good communication skills. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Excellent customer facing skills. Knowledge on agile way of delivering projects is must.

Knowledge/work experience on SAP S4 is added advantage.

Certified in SAP S/4 HANA

Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline

Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders

Should be proficient in conversation on various aspects of technology and architecture with business leads, IT leads.

Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams

Experience working on Servicenow, Azure Devops

Experience working in Agile methodology
