Managed end-user support tickets and resolved finance-related production issues.
Handled and supported SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting.
Supported month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Worked on FI integration with MM and SD modules.
Worked on priority-based tickets (P1, P2, P3, P4) as per SLA commitments.
Analysed and resolved incident tickets raised by business users through ServiceNow.
Coordinated with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
Monitored batch jobs and interfaces related to financial transactions.
Provided production support for SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.

Educational Qualification
