SAP HCM Consultant Job in Leading multinational company at Kolkata

·        Graduate/Postgraduate with at least 3- 5 years of 

·        Should have worked on IT skills, frameworks, and emerging technologies candidates with good experience working for SAP Success factor end user, SAP ECC and HCM.

·        Should have worked on resourcing module and or hire to retire process in success factor.

·        Manage hiring through SAP SuccessFactors.

·        Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS), etc., will be an added advantage

·        Should have excellent communication, ability to deal with people at all levels, inquisitive, and be a good team player.

·        Good working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
