Education – Graduation with good academic background. MBA-HR is preferred.

5+ years of SAP Experience
-
Worked on minimum three end to end implementations and one support project
-
Expertise in – Payroll ( European or Asia specific country Payroll)
Or
Expertise in Time(Positive Time, TM00) – Extensively worked on PCRs, Schemas
-
Experience in HR Renewal component
-
Process & Forms overview
-
Techno functional consultants with payroll expertise are preferred
-
German Language skills are preferable
-
Good Communication & Presentation Skills
-
SAP HCM Certification
-
Aware of all the stages of ASAP methodology
-
Should have basic ABAP HR and Debugging skills
