- Roles and responsibilities:
- Working knowledge in core module of SAP.
- General understanding of complementary modules of SAP.
- A minimum of 1 complete project life cycles in a SAP consulting capacity/experience in every phase of a customer engagement on multiple projects.
- Formal training/certification in core module of SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal & written communication.
- Ability to work in teams - interpersonal skills are essential.
- Be results oriented, enthusiastic and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership capabilities, conceptual thinking, and innovative mindset.
- Ability and willingness to take on new initiatives/technologies.
- Analyzing the customer's business processes.
- Proposing and designing solutions in SAP that best fit the business requirements of the customer.
- Preparing and contributing towards process design workshops, taking direction and configuring/developing SAP solutions, demonstrating, and gaining acceptance from the customer.
- Assisting the customer in testing and validating solutions.
- Strong cross functional integration experience with Ariba and other vendor platforms through middleware is must
- Should have experience in leading cross functional team
- SAP certification in MM module is must
- SAP certification in Ariba is preferred
- Strong familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies
