Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SAP OpenText Consultant with hands-on experience in OTDS (OpenText Directory Services) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText solutions integrated with SAP, ensuring secure and efficient document management and access control.
Key Responsibilities:-
Implement and configure OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

Set up and manage OTDS (OpenText Directory Services) for authentication and authorization across OpenText components.

Handle user synchronization and role mapping between SAP and OTDS/Active Directory.

Configure secure SSO (Single Sign-On) and manage identity federation between SAP, OTDS, and other enterprise systems.

Collaborate with BASIS, security teams, and infrastructure teams for system integration and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTDS, user provisioning, and SAP–OpenText integration.

Provide documentation, training, and support to business and technical users.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP–OpenText integration.

Expertise in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) or Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

Solid knowledge of OTDS architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience in Active Directory (AD) integration with OTDS.

Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, SAML, OAuth protocols.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP ArchiveLink.

Understanding of OpenText products like Content Server, Documentum, etc.

Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

OpenText certification (OTDS or xECM)

SAP Certification in relevant module (BASIS, S/4HANA, etc.)

Experience with cloud deployments (OpenText Cloud, SAP BTP)

Knowledge of OpenText Core Share, OTMM (OpenText Media Management), or AppWorks
-
Prior experience with OpenText InfoArchive or Documentum
