Job Description

We need SAP Operator for Billing, Stock Reports and Audit and other billing and stock related activities.
Candidate with good knowledge of Excel, Mail Writing and communication skills with more than 3 year experience.
Candidate from Ludhiana only

Roles and Responsibility:-

• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.

• Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, SAP or any other computer software.

• To majorly work on MM module & S&D in SAP.

• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.

• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.

• Maintains a filing system and coordinating with team to get all supporting details of transactions.

• Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.

• Completes additional assigned tasks as required.

• Maintain data of the company and doing MIS work.

• To maintain proper invoice of dispatch as well as filling it.

• Managing and providing expected reports to the upper management.
