脥� Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Sales Order (SO) Creation and Management:

 Create, validate, and process Sales Orders (SO) in SAP accurately and timely.

 Verify customer details, pricing, and material specifications against the Purchase Order

(PO).

 Ensure proper application of taxes, discounts, and terms as per the agreed contract.

 Generate and share Order Confirmations (OC) with customers.

2. Plant Coordination:

 Coordinate with the plant team for production status, material availability, and readiness

for dispatch.

 Track and align the dispatch schedule as per the customer’s delivery timeline.
