Job Overview:
We are looking for an SAP SD Trained Consultant with 0-3 years of experience.
The candidate should be open to getting retrained on the SAP CX Product Suite. Success criteria for the profile is a professional who can take end-to-end responsibility for SAP Sales and Service Cloud Implementation and Support requirements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Detailed Requirement:
· Functional knowledge of Order to Cash Process
· Good knowledge of SAP SD concepts like Sales Org, Sales Area, Sales order type, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Credit management
· Good understanding of Order to Cash cycle
· Configuration: Sales Document Types (Sales Order, Delivery, Billing), Item category, Pricing Procedure, and Pricing Conditions types, Output type Settings & Determination, Customer Master Data Settings, Partner Function, and Partner function determination, Copy Control, Shipping Point determination.
· Master Data: Customer Master Data, Pricing Condition types, Output condition types (Order Confirmation, Delivery Note, Billing)
· Readiness to upskill in SAP C4C, SAP FSM
· Ability and proven experience in leading and coaching a team are preferred.
· Good verbal and analytical skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and intensive work environment
Qualifications:
· Engineering graduate with 0-3 years of experience
· Trained on SAP SD
· SAP Certifications will be an added advantage
· Open to upskill on SAP CX Products like Sales and Service Cloud
