1) Minimum 3 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager for SAP projects.
2) Need to have SAP background with 8-12 years exp in SAP
Job Responsibilities:
- Should have managed a team of 25-30 (Not Mandatory)
- Thorough end to end process knowledge of Incident Change Problem Release and Service Request
- Good Communication skills and Ability to lead operational meetings with client.
- ITIL V3 foundation certified (Not Mandatory)
