Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Data Management & Order Processing
-
Enter and update sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or relevant module).

Process and manage dispatches, returns, and stock transfers.

Maintain accurate records of batch numbers, expiry dates, and product tracking.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Management
-
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control using SAP MM (Material Management).

Coordinate with warehouses and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Generate stock reports and reconcile physical stock with SAP records.
3. Billing & Invoicing
-
Generate invoices, credit notes, and sales reports using SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).

Ensure compliance with GST, HSN codes, and pharma regulations in billing.
4. Compliance & Documentation
-
Maintain pharma compliance reports as per DCGI, FDA, and GST norms.

Ensure proper documentation of purchase and sales records for audits.

Support regulatory reporting using SAP compliance modules.
5. Coordination & Support
-
Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and logistics partners for order fulfillment.

Work closely with finance and accounts teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and support end-users in resolving technical queries.
