- SAP (FICO/SD/PP/QM/ABAP/MM/WM) fresher’s or 1+ Yr Exp candidates who have been well trained or having domain (end user/core user) experience in these modules with strong knowledge
- Should have strong working knowledge in configuration, system design, development and gathering user requirements for the respective modules.
- continuously looking for process optimization and innovation
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Resolving the support issues as per the SLA agreement with client
- Facilitate a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
- Coordinating with End-Users, Super Users for Level III support
- Providing day-to-day operational and process support to users
- Preparing the development functional specifications and testing in the test system. Providing assistance for UAT
- Attend KT sessions and updated knowledge with issues
- Candidate should have good communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong Business acumen, customer focus
- Strong consultative and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to earn trust and respect from internal stakeholders and partners
