Job Description
PURPOSE OF ROLE
As a key member of the Managed Services and Operations team, you will be driving the standards, configurations, automation of provisioning, remediation, updates and roadmap. While focused on Brennan IT's enterprise clients, your shared knowledge and standards will also support improvements across the entire desktop estate for all of Brennan IT's Managed Services customers.
This role requires someone that has the ability to solve the most complex, high-impact challenges faced by our customers in a timely and efficient manner; who is comfortable to establish the standards and best practice to ensure a reliable and consistent desktop experience for all of customers.
The role requires a very advanced degree of technical skill across a broad range of areas in IT infrastructure and a good understanding of ITIL processes. A sound understanding of SCCM, AutoPilot, InTune and virtualization is also crucial for this role.

Essential
This role requires the follow Competencies and Experience;
- Minimum of 5 years IT experience
- Advanced skills in Wintel environments and broad range of technologies
- Advanced skills in SCCM for SOE build, device update & application deployment
- Advanced skills in AutoPilot & Intune MDM
- Knowledge of Automation capabilities of SCCM and InTune using APIs & Scripting
- Experience is acting as final escalation point for complex/high impact issues
- Root cause and problem analysis
- Conduct technical workshops with clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Ability to travel to client site for onsite support
- A “Do what it takes” attitude
- Industry based certifications
- Coaching and Mentoring Junior Staff
The following Competencies and Experience would be an advantage in this role;
- Specialized Technical Skillset (SME) in SCCM primarily
- Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment or MSP
- Working knowledge of ITIL concepts and methodologies
- Reasonable experience working with Cloud environments such as Azure/AWS
- Reasonable knowledge of networking concepts including Azure networking components including SQL administration
- MCSA Certification
Desirable
The following Qualifications would be an advantage for this role;
- Industry based technical certifications (e.g. Microsoft, SQL, Citrix, VMWare, EMC, Cisco, HP)
- Tertiary qualifications
