Scheduling Engineer Job in Worley at Mumbai

Should have executed multiple projects as Lead Engineer by managing the following functions with more focus on review and analysis :-

• Preparation/updation of Project Schedules consisting of Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Preparation/updation of progress 'S' curves for reporting progress to Client/Management
• Prepare and update deliverable schedules , critical activity report etc.
• Monitor and Control to meet the 'Project Management ' requirement of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Recovery Plans etc.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Department/Discipline quality management system is followed taking into account any project specific special contractual requirements
• Experience in Cost Monitoring and TIC Trending, Cash Flows etc

Experience Level : 16 to 20 Years
Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering

Job Location : Mumbai

• Experience in Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of medium / large size projects in Process Industry in the field of Oil & Gas / Refinery /Petrochemicals / Fertilizers / Chemical Plant from 'Concept to Commissioning Stage'.
• Experience in hanadling PMC jobs
• Hands on experience in Primavera P6. Working knowledge of MS Project would be an added advantage. Expertise in MS Office with the good knowledge of advanced excel
• Good Working knowledge of Design, Procurement Discipline deliverables and task work metrics and construction / field services work flow processess
• Working knowledge of resource loading in Primavera
• Should have the ability to work with good leadership qualities in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Good working knowledge of change management procedures / systems
• Should be able to lead and guide a team of engineers.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written so as to communicate with client and lead offices
• Exposure to Professional Services Costing and Productivity Matrices
• Good Knowledge of Risk Management / Risk Analysis
• The persons working in consultancy organisation are preferred
