Job Description
Electronics Corporation of India Limited, a Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented personnel for the following positions purely on fixed tenure contract basis, for a period of Four Years (subject to project requirement and satisfactory performance of the candidates) to work at Sites/Customer premises (Mysore, Karnataka) for the project requirements of Customer Support Division.
1. Name of Post: Scientific Assistant-A on Contract

4. Contract Pay: 20,802 pm
5. Qualification:
(i). For Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical disciplines: First class Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Electronics & Communication / Power Electronics / Industrial Electronics / Instrumentation / Process Instrumentation / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotic & Automation Engineering from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education.
(ii). For Chemical discipline: First Class B.Sc. degree with Chemistry from any recognized Institute / University & should have passed HSC/12th/Intermediate with MPC/PCM background only. First class 3 yrs. diploma course after SSC or 2 yrs. Diploma course after full time HSC/12th along with First class vocational course of two years from government approved polytechnic institute in chemical discipline
6. Experience (for both i & ii disciplines): Minimum two years post qualification experience at supervisory level in Operations & Maintenance of sub-stations / 6.6 or 11 kV DG sets / Drives / PLCSCADA / Electronic / Mechanical / Chemical Process industries. Preference shall be given to the candidates with more relevant experience
