Level of Pay in Pay Matrix: Rs.1,23,100/- Level 13, Cell 1 + Allowances applicable
Qualification & Experience :
i. Post Graduate Degree (Full Time) in Commerce / Finance / Accounts from a recognized university or Full time M.B.A. (Finance) or CA / ICWAI with 5 years’ regular service in Pay Matrix Level-12 (Grade Pay of Rs.7600) or equivalent OR 10 years’ regular service in Pay Matrix Level – 11 (Grade Pay Rs.6600/-) or equivalent & minimum 3 years in Pay Matrix Level-12 (Grade Pay Rs.7600/-) or equivalent..
ii. In the case of candidates from Private Sector, the candidate should have put in 15 years of service in managerial position out of which at least 5 years in Senior Managerial position and should be drawing a gross salary of Rs.1.35 Lacs p.m. during last 3 years. Experience of multicentre accounting and financial management is desirable.

Qualification & Experience :
i. Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with full time Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Material Management / Hospital Administration. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years hospital experience post Master Degree of which minimum 5 years should be in senior position.
ii. The incumbent must have adequate knowledge of computerized operations, inventory management. He/ She should be well versed with FDA rules and procedures as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Purchase of Medicines, Surgical Consumable & Surgical Prosthesis. The candidate should possess good communication and analytical skills

Level of Pay in Pay Matrix: Rs.47,600/- Level 8, Cell 1 + Allowances applicable
Qualification & Experience : M.Sc.(Botany/ Zoology/ Biochemistry/ Applied Biology/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology) OR M.Tech (Biotechnology/ Life Sciences) with minimum 60% marks and with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute and at least 1 year experience in a Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry and/or Molecular Pathology diagnostic laboratory of a large hospital/ diagnostic centre. Candidates with proficiency in English language, Computer Skills and who are well conversant with Quality Assurance, Accreditation related process will be given preference.

Qualification & Experience :
i. Ph.D in Biotechnology / Pharmacy / Microbiology / Life Sciences or Allied Health Sciences with minimum 10 years experience of working in Laboratory in reputed hospital or health related industry or institution out of which 3 years should be post doctoral
ii. Masters in Biotechnology / Pharmacy / Microbiology / Life Sciences or Allied Health Sciences with minimum 3 years post Masters experience of working in a Laboratory in a reputed hospital or health related industry or institution. Candidate with Masters will be considered in Level 10, Cell 1 (Rs.56100) with age limit of 35 years.
iii. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with experience in Tissue Banking, Tissue Engineering, Regenerative Medicine for human transplantation, Supervisory or Management Experience, Experience in operation, Manufacturing or Production in clean Environment with quality management system and as investigators in published research studies. The candidate will be required to work with human tissues and assist with procurement of tissues from deceased donors.

Candidates with higher qualification and experience will be preferred. Knowledge of surgical instrumentation is desirable.
